We are looking for an experienced Internet Marketer to join our team and lead our marketing department as we continue to grow. We’d love for you to join us in Denver but for the right person there may be an opportunity to work remotely.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm.
- Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.

Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.

Design, implement, and oversee online sales funnel to drive revenue.

Create and implement email marketing system.
-
Support sales and generate leads.
-
Plan and administer the firm’s marketing budget.

Design public relations process and oversee activities and efforts.

Develop and administer company marketing database, including client and prospect information, email marketing list applications, etc.

Coordinate with external organizations, vendors and consultants in regards to company marketing efforts.

Create reports to track effectiveness of marketing efforts

Continually monitor web analytics and make adjustments to marketing campaigns

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience at a small to mid-size professional services organization.
- 2 years experience at director level or 5 years experiences at marketing manager.
- Experience with new media, social media and internet advertising.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
- Passion for the internet and all things digital.
Salary $40-$50K
